Cardamom
(In Indonesia Origin)

Cardamom is a spice made from the seeds pods of various pants in the ginger family that people have used for centuries both in cooking and as a medicine. It has a distinctive flavor that complements both sweet and savory dishes. People may use cardamom, and meat dishes, as well as in beverages, such as coffee and tea.

Black Pepper

Black pepper is a spice that comes from the seeds of a pepper plant which is dried and ground into powder. The spicy taste of pepper, is used to add flavor to the cuisine. pepper has a spicy taste and distinctive aroma. Black pepper also has properties that are useful for your body.

Coconut Sugar

Also known as coconut palm sugar. It is natural sugar made from SAP (sugary fluid
of coconut plant). It contains nutrients such as iron, zinc, calcium, potassium along with other fatty acids, polyphenols, and antioxidants.

Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk

Condensed coconut milk is made by cooking coconut milk with sugar until it reduces in volume and thickens, while evaporated coconut milk is just coconut milk cooked until most of its water content has evaporated and the milk has reduced in volume. The product has a sweet coco-nutty flavor and smooth texture and is the ideal dairy free alternative to sweetened condensed milk. It is often used as a substitute for regular milk in many recipes.

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is the seed of the Myristica fragrants tree that’s dried, ground, and used as a spice in many dishes. It is a warm spice with slightly nutty, sweet, woody flavor. It’s also quite aromatic and used to flavor many kinds of baked goods, confections, puddings, potatoes, meats, sausages, sauces, and vegetables.

Mace

Mace is a yellowish brown spice covering the nutmeg seed. Usually its available in dried blades or ground form. Mace has flavour similar to nutmeg but more delicate. It is commonly used in spice blends, baked goods and in savoury dishes as well as in pickling and preserving.

Coconut Flour

Coconut flour is a fine, soft powder made by grinding dried coconut meat into flour. It is high in fiber, a good source of protein, potassium, iron, low carb, low in sugar and calories.
